INSPECTION NOTICE
It is the buyer’s responsibility for testing and inspecting the microphone(s) and it’s accessories upon delivery.  Any problem or damage noted upon receipt must be reported within 5 business days after delivery.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION NOTICE

Warranty registration must be completed within 10 days of receipt of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, feel free to call or email us.

Warranty
Cascade Microphones warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (5) five years from the date of original consumer purchase. The original ribbon or capsule elements carry a (1) one year warranty from the date of purchase and offer a one time replacement during the warranty period if they fail within the first year. Cascade Microphones will either repair or replace the product at no charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if past the initial first 30 days of purchase.

THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY MISUSE, MODIFICATION, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER HANDLING OR OPERATION, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ARE ATTEMPTED OR MADE.

My ribbon has become stretched after the one year warranty, how can I have it repaired? Cascade Microphones will replace your ribbon for a charge of $75.00 plus shipping. Please call 360.867.1799 and we will assist you with the return of your microphone.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale before opening and/or using any products purchased from Cascade Microphones. All sales made by Cascade Microphones to Buyers are subject to the following terms and conditions. Buyer's acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be made by acceptance of any product from Cascade Microphones. Delivery All product transportation will be FOB origin from Olympia, WA. Shipments will be sent via standard UPS Ground unless prearranged at time of order. Additional charges will be applied for special handling requests made by Buyer. Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify Cascade Microphones of all order discrepancies or if rejection is intended. Freight charges and handling costs will be charged to Buyer for rejected orders unless otherwise resolved and approved by Cascade Microphones. Cascade Microphones shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for loss of revenues due to delays in delivery, failure to perform, or delivery of incomplete/defective merchandise due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Cascade Microphones. Cascade Microphones is entitled to delay shipment for failure by Buyer to pay within preset payment terms.

If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price less 8% restocking fee, for an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 7 days from the shipping delivery date. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation and show no signs of wear or use. Your return must include a Return Authorization number and will be subject to an 8% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to accept returns via UPS/FEDEX. All other delivery services will not be accepted or delivered to us.

Return Procedure
Please call Cascade Microphones at 360.867.1799 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returning items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Payments made through Paypal require that the Seller ship to the Buyer's Confirmed address. Product will only be shipped to the Buyer's Confirmed address. It is the Buyer's responsbility to make sure that their Confirmed Address on file with Paypal is current. Any address corrections or returns back to sender due to an incorrect address, is the responsibility of the Buyer. All fees associated with an address change will be charged to the buyer.
